    • 1.Shipping Timeframes: Orders placed through our online store will be processed and prepared for shipment within [1-2] business days. Please allow up to [5] business days for standard shipping and [7] business days for shipping to the United States.
    • 2.Shipping Options and Costs: We offer multiple shipping options for both domestic and international orders:

Domestic Shipping (Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: $7
  • Express Shipping: $12

    Free Shipping: Available for orders totaling 100CAD or more (subtotal after discounts and before taxes)

International Shipping (United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom):

  • Standard Shipping: $7

  • Free International Shipping: Available for orders totaling 80USD or more (subtotal after discounts and before taxes)

  • Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by our shipping fees.
  • 3.Shipping Process: Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our team will process and package your items for shipment. We collaborate with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
  • 4.Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This will enable you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your package.
  • 5.Shipping Addresses: It is essential to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • 6.Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to modify your order or cancel it, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations might not be feasible if the order has already been processed for shipment.
  • 7.Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will make attempts to deliver your package to the designated shipping address. If no one is available to accept the package, a delivery attempt notice may be left, or the carrier may try delivery on a subsequent day.
  • 8.Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our specified shipping timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, carrier delays, or other factors could occasionally lead to delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your understanding.
  • 9.Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team.

Please note that our Shipping Policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the revised policy.

Returns and Exchange

What is your return and exchange policy?

For Canadian orders:
You can return your products, free of charge, up to 30 days after you have received your order. Please fill out our return form in order for us to provide you with the return label. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund and the funds will be returned to your original form of payment within 10 days.

Not 100% sure upon trying? Don't worry: with our 30-day sweat test policy, you can try out our leggings during all your favourite activities with peace of mind. If you are not fully satisfied after this try-out period, you can return the products, free of charge. Please include the original tags in your return parcel.

International orders:
Orders placed outside of Canada are elligible for exchange only within 14 days from the date the order was received.

Sale items:
Sale items purchased online are final sale. No return or exchange available.
